Who We Are
A Physical Therapist-Owned Practice Built on Expertise & Evidence
Polaris Rehabilitation is a physical therapist-owned private practice specializing in scoliosis care, spine care, and biomechanical assessment. Located in Youngsville, NC, we serve patients across Franklin County and the surrounding areas.
Our practice focuses on the ongoing assessment of whole-body mechanics starting from the ground up. We treat patients with scoliosis and other spine conditions, leg length differences causing back and leg pain, orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, neurological conditions, post-surgical conditions including spinal fusion, balance problems, and women's health conditions.
Our treatment restores spinal balance and alignment through therapeutic exercises, physiotherapeutic scoliosis specific exercises (PSSE), custom foot inserts, sole and heel lifts, and ankle/foot bracing. We believe that proper body alignment and postural symmetry decreases the strain on the joints and musculature — enabling the body to function efficiently, with less or no pain.
- Open Monday through Friday, by appointment only
